Conclusion of contractThe advisory contract between Misch Legal Advisory and the client is concluded when the client has sent the web request form and when the client has prepaid for the advisory. The request is answered through the website by Misch Legal Advisory for the chosen advisory fee. For the legal relations between the client and Misch Legal Advisory the mandate provisions of Swiss Code of Obligations apply (Article 394 et seq.)
Legal AdvisoryThe treatment of question is usually within 1 - 2 working days (mo - fr) since payment confirmation and completion of the facts. Weekend, holidays, vacation days, complex questions or other circumstances may extend processing time. Answering the question may stay away if the legal question is complex and specific and the summary of the facts is not sufficient. The extent of the legal answer is in a reasonable relation to the fee (for more details go to help webpages). Within the usual fee the creation of legal documents is not included , but can be agreed preliminary. For this corresponding to the service a range of fees is determined. The legal advisory takes place primarily on the website www.m-recht.ch. For larger tasks, the online legal advisory is supported by personal advisory. Questions about the use of the website will not be processed, if the help webpages give helps.
Money-Back-GuaranteeLarger tasks such as divorce settlements can not always be accomplished. In this case you pay only the incurred expenses. If a prepayment is larger than the expenses, the remaining amount will be payed back.

Safeguarding provisionIn the case that individual provisions of this contract, including this provision, become inoperative in part or in their entirety, or should there be gaps in the contract, the validity of the other provisions or parts of these provisions remain unaffected. In place of the inoperative or missing provisions, the corresponding legal regulations apply.
Applicable law and place of jurisdictionFor the legal relations between the client and Misch Legal Advisory Swiss law applies. Exclusive place of jurisdiction for all claims in connection with the mandate relationship is Arlesheim (Kanton Basel-Land, Switzerland).Last change: 12th of November 2010 |
