During the tenancy
Not only the removal of a physical defect may be required also the removal of an immaterial defect and the rent reduction. As a tenant can I sublet a room? If you have a replacement tenant, you get out of tenant agreement earlier. If the summaries of the service charges are unclear, you are entitled to inspect accounts and other documents. Your consultant clarifies your rights.
In the event of termination
How long ist the notice period and on what day can I terminate the lease? Who has to / can terminate? And how? What happens to the rental security deposit? Can I appeal against the termination? Who is liable for damages?
